Schuyler handles the choosing of our markets for mailing, selects the very best realtors, and then determines the best title agencies or lawyers to close with. When we arrive at a deal, Schuyler sees it through to the finish line by maintaining good communication with the title agency or lawyer, keeps all parties on track, and more!  Schuyler also secures funding on deals that he is not personally funding himself.

As much as Schuyler enjoys work, when he's not working, he does enjoy a good cold plunge, working out, reading non fiction, and eating pizza. Schuyler has a cat named Jack. 

Sallie handles the offers we make, mostly via mailer campaigns. She is the first voice you will hear if you call in response to one of our direct mail campaigns. Her focus is making connections with our clients, being the driving force acquiring solid deals and paving the way for future business through these relationships. A long time bookkeeper, she also handles our accounting. 

Sallie enjoys cooking, playing spades, and working out. Her favorite thing is spending time with her grandbaby, Milo, and husband of 32 years, Todd.
