Schuyler is a full-time mobile notary in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on real-estate transactions. How did he get into buying and selling land? On a weekend trip to Pine, AZ, he fell in love with the quaint little woodsy town. Determined to find a vacant lot so that he could build his dream home, he researched public data to find the perfect candidates. After a few cold calls made to vacant land owners, he found his dream lot at a great price. The owner was thrilled to sell as she no longer wanted it. For this driven entrepreneur, an epiphany wasn't far off.  "What if I duplicated this process, systematically acquired off-market land across the nation and then re-sell it to investors, off-griders, builders, etc?", he thought. And so Golden Land was born. Land is Schuyler's passion and he is excited to close every deal.
